1200 Doctor Blade ( This part will go in behind the Mag Roller to clean it. ) ( Read Info below on how to do this. ) To properly remove the backing from the Doctor Blade. Use care not to remove both the protective backing and the pressure sensitive adhesive from the Doctor Blade. Refer to the following steps to remove the protective backing from the adhesive. 1.) Starting approximately .25 inches (6.35 mm) from the end of the adhesive, use a Hook Tool to lift the end of the protective backing from the adhesive strip. If the adhesive begins to come up with the backing. STOP, press the adhesive and liner down firmly and repeat this step. 2.) Continue to use the Hook Tool to raise the end of the backing. Then, grasp the raised end and removeit from the adhesive on the Doctor Blade. NOTE: Before removing the protective backing completely ensure that the adhesive remains in place on the Doctor Blade.
