On all toner cartridges and drum units it is best to vacuum them out before you refill them, if they have never been refilled before. To get more toner, drums or any other items needed go to All Supplies at the top of this page.

FLAG GEAR RESET ON THIS TONER CARTRIDGE

Some of the toner cartridges will not have the Flag Gear, we do have this part. ( Fast Refill Info )

1.) To get to the Flag Gear inside of the toner cartridge.

2.) Remove the three screws on the gear side end plate of the toner cartridge. Then remove the gear side end plate in Fig, 1.

3.) In Fig, 2 you will see the Flag Gear before it has been reset. You will need to rotate it to look like Fig, 3.

4.) In Fig, 3 you will see the Flag Gear after it has been reset.

5.) After the Flag Gear has been rotated and the side plate is put back on your done and ready to print.

If you don't Vacuum out the Toner Cartridge good before refilling it may back ground on your paper when you go to print.

We have had many cartridge that have been refilled more than 30 times.
