On all toner cartridges and drum units it is best to vacuum them out before you refill them, if they have never been refilled before. To get more toner, drums or any other items needed go to All Supplies at the top of this page.
SMART CHIP REPLACEMENT
The cartridge will have a smart chip on it. Each time you do a refill you will need a new Smart Chip.
1.) Remove the old Smart Chip with a jeweler’s screwdriver from the toner cartridge, then clean the spot real good.
2.) Now place the New Smart Chip where the old one was.
( The cartridge will not work right with out a New Smart Chip on each refill.
