We don't take back any toner or ink refill if it has been opened.

Returns must be authorized by contacting help@rpsinkandtoners.comor by calling 1-501-745-2258 to obtain a Return Authorization Number. Authorized returns will be accepted up to 30 days from the date of shipment. Packages returned without a Return Authorization Number will not be replaced or refunded. All returned products must be in re-sellable condition, including: all components, manuals, registration cards, and original undamaged packaging. We cannot accept returns on any electric or electronic parts that have been installed. Some returned parts may incur a restocking fee.

We do replace most items that do not work only after the bad item has been shipped back. ( Must have the bill! ) ( NO smart chips or fuses can be replaced. )

We don't pay the shipping to ship back the returned item to us. ( We do pay to ship the replacement back to you. )
